回答通常是”Nothing much.”如：What’s up? Why does everyone look so serious?出什么事了？为什么每个人看上去都这么严肃？2....each of us reads a favourite book and writes a review for the discussion....我们每个人读一本自己最喜欢的书，并为讨论写一篇评论。

write a review for为......写一篇评论如：He often writes reviews for the newspaper.他经常为报纸写评论。

注意：write a review of/about sth.意为“写一篇关于某事/某物的评论”，对象通常是书本、电影等，要注意区分。

3.We’re still influenced by Confucius’s ideas, and shakespare’s plays also make a lot of sense to us today.我们仍然为孔子的思想所影响，而莎士比亚的戏剧现在对于人们来说也很有意义。

（1）influence v.影响；作用于如：I don’t want to influence you. You must decide for yourself.我不想影响你，你必须自己决定。

（2）make sense合情理；明智；有意义make sense of sth.使某事变得有意义如：Just trying to make sense of something that doesn’t make sense.只不过是要让没意义的事情变得有意义。
