2010年武汉市城市居民人均可支配收入20806.32元。
2010年武汉市城市居民人均消费性支出14490.07元。
2010年武汉市农村居民人均纯收入8294.81元。
2010年武汉市农村居民人均生活消费支出5630.98元。

根据武汉市劳动和社会保险局武劳社养函〔2010〕号文件精神，2009年全市城镇单位在
岗职工平均工资为33320元，从2010年7月1日起，2010年度市本级统筹范围内参保职工个人缴费标准作如下调整，详见下表：
2009年社会工资情况：
2009年度全市城镇单位在岗职工年平均工资为33320元
（月平均工资为2776.7元）；
全市城镇单位全部职工年平均工资为32429元
（月平均工资为2702.4元）；
2009年度中心城区单位在岗职工月平均工资的60%为1666元，300%为8330.1元；
中心城区单位全部职工月平均工资的60%为1621.4元，300%为8107.2元。
最低标准个人188.92，单位490.49，合计679.41
我省发布今年企业工资指导线
省政府要求：生产经营正常、经济效益增长的企业，工资涨幅要达到13%

本报讯（记者陈小敏通讯员尚贤军靳彤彤）物价上涨，工资也要跟着涨。昨日，省政府发布2010年全省企业工资指导线：企业职工工资增长基准线13%，增长上限21%，增长下限6%。对连续两年经济效益增长，但职工工资未涨的企业，相关部门将重点监控。
据悉，企业工资指导线是根据我省2009年度社会经济发展、2010年度社会经济发展预测、
生产总值、居民消费指数（CP）居民收入、就业状况等因素计算出来的。
企业经营效益不同，工资涨幅也不一样。省政府要求，对生产经营正常、经济效益增长的企
业，工资涨幅要达到13%;企业效益一般，工资涨幅可在6%~13%之间确定；国有和国有控股企业（含国有相对控股企业），其工资涨幅不得超过21%，其中，企业职工平均工资低于

据了解，企业工资指导线并不具有强制性。政府部门发布当地的工资指导线后，如果企业不按指导线涨工资，职工或工会可以通过集体协商制度，提出涨薪要求。

假设以武汉某家经济效益较好的企业为例，2009年，武汉在岗职工年平均工资为33320元, 假如该企业职工年平均工资为30000元，未达到武汉市在岗职工年平均工资，该企业职工工资增长幅度可以在13%~21%之间执行。假如按13%的基准线增长工资，该企业职工年收入将增加3900元；假如按21%的上限增长，则该企业职工年收入将增加6300元。
