笔记一：五种引起调查的情况（Circumstances that can prompt at inquiry）
Members和Candidates在职业行为陈述表中自我披露其行为违反了CFA职业道德标准职
业行为调查人员（Professional Conduct Stuff）收到书面投诉来自媒体或其他公众资源的考
生、会员或持证人的不当行为证据，CFA考官在报告中披露的考生违反考试规定，CFA
考试后分析试卷检测社交媒体去检测是否有考试相关信息泄露
笔记二：调查结果及相应处罚
没有违反职业道德——No discipline sanction(无纪律处分）
违反了职业道德但是情节不严重——Issue a cautionary letter(不进行公开披露，给与警告
信）
违反并且情节严重——A disciplinary sanction(纪律处分），由处罚的严重程度从轻到重排
列 Public censure（公开责备），其他CFA会员进行谴责
