Abstract： Objective： To study the effect of 10 herbs with neutral nature，5 herbs with cold nature，and 5 herbs with hot nature on the hemodynamic indexes of rats． Methods： Rats were randomly divided into different groups，including normal control group，high dosage neutral nature herbs group，low dosage neutral nature herbs group，cold nature herbs control group，and hot nature herbs control group． The above rats were given herbs decoction by continuous oral administration for 14 days． After last administration，rats were wholly heparinized for 2 hours，the indexes including HR，SP，AP，LVSP， LVAP，and DP / DTM at 5min，1h，2h after heparinization were tested． Result： The decoction of neutral nature herbs，such as semen persicae，lignum sappan，sanguis draconis，Pollen Typhae，and cold nature herbs，rhubarb root，could improve the function of cardiac muscle． The decoction of neutral nature herbs，such as rhizoma sparganii，cortex albiziae，semen vaccariae，and cold nature herbs，Herba leonuri，radix salviae miltiorrhizae，could strengthen cardiac contractility． The decoction of neutral nature herb，herba sarcandrae，could strengthen cardiac diastolic function． The decoction of hot nature herb，flos carthami，radix notoginseng，rhizoma chuanxiong，and radix angelicae sinensis，could decrease myocardial systolic and diastolic function． The decoction of hot nature herb，ramulus cinnamomi，could increase heart rate，elevate arterial blood pressure，enhance myocardial contractile function and reduce diastolic function． Conclusion： The neutral nature herbs including semen persicae，lignum sappan，sanguis draconis，rhizoma sparganii，semen vaccariae，pollen typhae，herba sarcandrae，and the cold nature herbs including herba leonuri，rhubarb root，radix salviae miltiorrhizae，could improve the cardiac function． The hot nature herbs including flos carthami，radix notoginseng，rhizoma chuanxiong，radix angelicae sinensis could burden on the heart．

如表 1 ～ 3 结果所示，与空白组比较，寒性药益母草、温 性药桂枝可明显提高 HR（ P ＜ 0． 05） ； 温性药红花、三七、 桂枝可明显提高 DP（ P ＜ 0． 05） ； 温性药三七、桂枝可明显 提高 AP（ P ＜ 0． 05 ～ 0． 01） ； 平性药桃仁、血竭、三棱、苏木 高剂量组，桃仁、王不留行低剂量组及寒性药大黄、丹参能 明显增加 LVSP（ P ＜ 0． 05 ～ 0． 01） ； 温性药三七可明显提 高 LVDP（ P ＜ 0． 05） ； 平性药血竭高剂量组可降低 LVAP （ P ＜ 0． 05） ； 温性药桂枝可明显提高 LVEDP（ P ＜ 0． 05） ； 平性药桃仁、苏木、血竭、三棱、合欢皮、王不留行高剂量，蒲 黄低剂量及寒性药大黄、丹参可提高 dp / dtm，温性药红花、 三七、川芎、当归可降低 dp / dtm（ P ＜ 0． 05 ～ 0． 01） ； 平性药 王不留行、肿节风高剂量组及温性药益母草、红花、桂枝、当 归可降低 t － dp / dtm（ P ＜ 0． 05 ～ 0． 01） ； 平性药桃仁、苏 木、血竭高剂量组、蒲黄低剂量组及寒性药大黄可提高 － dp / dtm，温性药红花、三七、川芎、当归组可明显降低 － dp / dtm（ P ＜ 0． 05 ～ 0． 01） 。
