Only two police officers and Manuela, a three-legged dog, keep watch outside. This is the place where the president of Uruguay Jose Mujica lives, whose lifestyle clearly differs sharply from that of most other world leaders. President Mujica doesn't live in the splendid house that the Uruguayan government provides for its leader and has chosen to stay in his wife's farmhouse, which is distant from the capital Montevideo.
