外贸专业术语（运输方式）exw工厂交货，简单来说是客户上工厂来提货。

产品从离开工厂以后风险与产生的费用完全由买家承担Fob（free on board）离岸价格，就是厂家负责将客户的产品送到船。

从货离开船舷的那一刻开始厂家不再对客户的货承担责任。

其过程中，供应商须承担内陆运费，进仓费，报关费，操作费以及港建费和其他在本土产生的费用（产地证以及保险除外）Cnf（crf）cost and freight 成本加运费。

即是在fob上加上海运费以及其他在船公司方面产生的费用。

其间供应商需要提供采购方商业发票（ci），装箱单（pl），提单（bl）以及产地证（co/formA），熏蒸证（木箱包装）供客户在其港口清关用。

备注：产地证分两种：到美加拿地区需要forma，其他地区做coCif成本加运费加保险。

即是在fob上加海运费以及保险费以及其他船公司方面产生的费用。

其间供应商需要提供采购方商业发票（ci），装箱单（pl），提单（bl），以及产地证，熏蒸证（木箱包装）共客户在其港口清关用Ddp完税后交货（此项风险极大，一般不采用）,即与exw相反，卖方承担最大的风险。

常见的付款方式前t/t：电汇，即拿到客户的订单后业务员立即开形式发票（profoma invoice）给客户打款（一般是定金，总货款的30-50‰），客户拿到形式发票后，在他国家的银行打款。

一般四个工作日能到指定账户，生产完产品后，通知客户，开形式发票给客户打余款。

此方法可以灵活的运用，但是最大限度只能为：即先让客户打现金，等出货后拿到提单，将提单副本的复印件提供给客户，安排余款。

但是前提条件是货代由我方指定后t/t：后tt是指厂家收到定金后，开始产生，生产完毕后交货并提供给客户单证。

客户收到货后在一定期限内将余款打到厂家/供应商指定的账户。

此操作风险极大，不适合采用。

l/c(信用证)信用证是银行用以保证买方或出口方有支付能力的凭证。

买方先将货款交存银行，有银行开立信用证，通知异地卖方开户银行转告卖方，卖方按合同和信用证规定的条款发货，银行代买方付款，信用证是对买卖双方都比较公平的交易方式。

外贸跟单常用的工作术语1. “PO”，也就是采购订单（Purchase Order）啦。

这就像是客户给咱的一张寻宝图。

比如说，客户发了个PO过来，上面写着要1000件T 恤，啥颜色、啥尺码都写得清清楚楚，咱就得按照这个“寻宝图”去把货找齐咯。

2. “ETD”，预计离港时间（Estimated Time of Departure）。

这就好比是火车的出发时刻表。

有一回，我们有批货要发，货代告诉我们ETD 是下周五，那我们就得在这之前把货送到港口，可不能让这趟“火车”误点呀。

3. “ETA”，预计到达时间（Estimated Time of Arrival）。

就像你在等朋友来家里玩，你知道他大概啥时候到一样。

上次我等一批进口的原材料，ETA说是这周三，我那几天就一直盼着，像等久别重逢的亲人似的。

4. “MOQ”，最小起订量（Minimum Order Quantity）。

这就像去菜市场买菜，摊主说最少得买两斤才卖。

我们有个产品，MOQ是500个，客户如果要的数量少于这个，那可就没法做这笔生意喽。

5. “L/C”，信用证（Letter of Credit）。

这可是外贸中的大宝贝，就像一张超级支票。

有个新客户，他说要用L/C付款，我们就像收到了定心丸，只要按照信用证的要求发货、交单，钱就稳稳地能拿到。

6. “FOB”，离岸价（Free on Board）。

可以理解为货物在装上船之前的所有费用都由卖方承担。

就像你把东西送到车站，上车之前的事儿归你管。

我做一单生意，FOB上海港，那我就得负责把货运到上海港船上之前的一切事情。

7. “CIF”，到岸价（Cost, Insurance and Freight）。

这就像你不仅要把东西送到目的地，还要包路上的保险和运费。

我有个欧洲的客户，我们谈的是CIF价格，那我就得把货运到他们那边的港口，还得买好保险，确保一路平安。
