小型螺旋榨油机的结构设计 I 摘 要
粮油机械工业是粮油工业的重要组成部分。粮油机械工业包括米、面、油、饲料加工设备的制造;粮油仓储、运输设备的制造;粮油食品深加工以及包装、计量、销售设备;粮油检测化验仪器设备。我国粮油加工业的发展给粮油机械工业提供了广阔的发展本次毕业设计主要针对目前社会和市场上的一些不让人放心的地沟油而设计的小型螺旋榨油机,该榨油机体型小巧,亦可在家庭中使用。该设计主要部件有榨膛,榨杆,机壳的设计,加热系统,落料系统,以及真空吸油装置的结构设计。榨膛,榨杆的设计主要确保经济型和实用性,通过考虑材料的选择和剪切力的计算,不但确保了食品的卫生,而且为小型企业和家庭节约成本,也保证了装置和机构的正常运作。加热系统的结构设计主要针对物料的炒制,不但要考虑温度对物料的影响,也要保证机构材料的耐热性。落料装置是确保整个榨油流程的关键,落料速度对榨油有着关键的影响。真空吸油部分可省去接油后静置沉淀的时间,由于考虑机构的结构,真空泵采用外置使用。配合特制形状的接油杯,可迅速提取纯净少渣的油液,对企业,或者家庭使用,不但节省了不少时间,也进一步保证了油液的纯净度。使产品和食品更加安全,健康。

致谢······························································30 小型螺旋榨油机的结构设计 1 小型螺旋榨油机的结构设计 2 绪论 民以食为天,食品的数量和质量都关系到人的生存和身体健康。经过多年的发展,我国的食品供给格局发生了根本性的变化品种丰富, 数量充足,供给有余。在满足食品数量需求的同时, 质量却存在着严重不足。随着经济日益全球化和国际食品贸易的日益扩大,危及人类健康、生命安全的重大食品安全事件屡屡发生、令人防不胜防,新技术影响食品品质,环境恶化导致农牧渔产品受到污染,以及境外食品安全问题可能影响我国食品安全问题等,成为人们关注的热点。食品安全是一个重要性日益提高的公共卫生问题。
食用植物油是人民群众的生活必需品,食用油也是指可食用的动物或者植物来源的油脂,常温下为液态。由于原料来源、加工工艺以及品质等原因,常见的食用油多为植物油脂,包括豆油、花生油、菜子油、棕榈油、橄榄油、芥花子油、葵花子油和芝麻油等等。不同种类的食用植物油的成分含量各异,可以满足不同人群的需要,随着我国经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,食用植物油消费量呈稳步上升的趋势。据有关部门测算,2006年我国食用植物油消费量约2100万吨,2007年在2250万吨左右,比10年前增长了1倍多。目前国内食用植物油年人均消费量17公斤左右。由于食用植物油消费呈刚性增长,加上国内养殖业对豆粕需求量的增加,国内食用植物油产需缺口逐步扩大,近几年,我国食用植物油进口量增长较快。据海关统计,2007年我国进口食用植物油838万吨,比上年增加169万吨。
随着人们生活水平的提高,多种心血管“富贵病”也随之发生,根据世界卫生组织的统计,目前心脑血管疾病是危害人类生命和健康的最危险的疾病,在全球每年约占总死亡总数的30%-70%,我国约占40%左右,每年死于心脑血管疾病者达210-300万,估算到2020年,全球心脑血管疾病死亡总数将达到2000万。心脑血管疾病来源于血脂异常,而血脂异常又来源于人们日常的饮食结构不均衡,这其中尤其是脂肪的摄取不均衡、不科学、不合理所致。因此食用油安全问题一直倍受关注,是否食用植物油真的因加工工艺的不同而导致油的品质有大的差异,转基因油料生产的植物油是否会对人体造成危害等食品安全问题一直困扰着人们,怎样食用食用油才有助于身体的健康呢,笔者主要从专业的角度,分以下几个方面进行了解析。
