今天能和大家面对面的交流，学习，我感到非常的荣幸。
在座的各位都是来自各所学校的骨干和精英，所有今天坐在这里我感到有些忐忑，因为今年只是我参加工作的第四年，因此在交流的过程中有不当之处还请大家批评指正。
下面我主要从以下两个方面和大家一起探讨，交流：2014年试题分析和备考复习的心得。
一、2014年试题分析：1、从各主题占的分值权重来看，体现了重者恒重的特点。
去年的试题如果从10个一级主题来讲，各个主题所占的比分正如大家所看到的。
其中第五个主题生物圈中的人占的比分最高20%，其次就是科学探究17%。
第三就是生物圈中的绿色植物和生物的生殖、发育与遗传。
2、如果从四册书的内容上分，因为最后一题探究鼠妇的生活习性属于七年级上册的内容，因此我把探究的五分归到了七年级上册上。
所以，七年级上册占的比重是37％，其次是七下和八下各占23%，八上占的比分17%。
所以中四册书内容分布上看，体现了相对均衡的特点。
3、整个初中阶段四本教材的内容都有涉及，其中植物、人体几大系统的内容所占比例最大，出题者可能出于这样的考虑：植物的内容在整个教材体系中分量最大；而且其内容是生物基础知识和综合知识。
人体知识很重要，最有用，这在出题者的心目中分量自然大一些。
但学习七上和七下内容的时间与考试时间相隔较远，这样需要学生更好的记忆或充分复习好，才能答好这些题。
4、从试题本身分析，试题的特点：（1）试卷知识点覆盖率高，重点知识考查突出，特别注重对考生基础知识和技能的考查。
（2）试题难度适中。
（3）试题联系生活实际，注重考查学生对知识的理解、掌握和应用，避免只考查知识的机械记忆。
（4）体现科学探究能力的考查。
（5）关注社会热点。
二、备考复习心得：根据以上对2014年中考试题的分析，在备考复习中，我主要分以下三轮进行复习：1、在第一轮复习中，我总结出一个字——“广”。
关于广主要体现在以下两点：（1）第一轮复习以课本为主，面要铺的广。
