JJ675/48-K 型井架有限元及应力测试对比分析

【摘 要】In terms of JJ675/48-K mast,a finite element model was
established by means of SAFI. The design load was analyzed to ensure that
it conformed to API 4F and AISC 335-89 and stress testing with 6 750 kN
load was also performed on the mast.At the same time,the date were com-pared and analyzed by combining the finite element model which verified
the accuracy of the finite element model and the reasonability of
the mast design.%针对 JJ675/48-K 型井架,运用 SAFI 软件建立有限元模型,对设计载荷进行分析研究,使其符合 API Spec 4F—2013及 AISC 335—1989的设计要求。对 JJ675/48-K 型井架进行6750 kN载荷的应力测试,同时结合有限元模型进行数据对比分析,验证了有限元模型的准确性及井架设计的合理性。
