2、应避免干扰他人通话。

3、应稳定按住发话键再开始说话。

4、语速应保持适中。

5、发音清晰，语意明了，通话音量稳定。

6、数字前应稍作停顿，以稍慢的语速重读数字。

7、应避免“啊”、“哦”等犹豫不决的词。
