1.1感性和实用性
一个特定的人群所拥有的知识、信念、行为和习惯成为文化。这些不是通过遗传得到的,而是通过学习得到的。文化是通过一代又一代的人不断的传递的。每个民族都有基于饮食和饮食习惯的文化。这些传统的风俗习惯便导致了主流文化的产生。
不同的民族和国家有不同的饮食习惯。不同民族丰富多样的文化是他们创造性的体现。中国和美国对饮食持有不同的态度。这种差异阻止了两国用正确的方式理解和传播另一国的饮食文化。
