Material analysis This unit tells a healthy life, which is familiar to the students. Reading part involves how to abandon bad habits and how to become a healthy

person and so on. This unit lead the students to discuss this questions and keep off the activities which are harmful to their health.

Teaching objects analysis The students are familiar with this topic. It is a good chance to have

them exchange their opinions to develop their oral English. At the same time, the students are in this age stage. It is also an important

opportunity to guide them to form good habits.
