临床建立了一套疗效显著的针灸减肥法。临床实验中观察了针灸对肥胖患者有关神经递质。激素、受体及调节酶的作用。动物实验中研制了单纯性肥胖动物模型，应用神经生理、生化、形态和放免等技术观察了针刺前后肥胖动物下丘脑摄食中枢等神经核团5-羟色胺能和儿茶酚胺能神经递质、ATP酶、神经细胞自发放电及脂肪细胞超微结构的变化。研究针刺调整胰岛素抵抗的细胞机制。结果表明肥胖机体存在着糖、脂、水盐、能量诸多方面的代谢异常以及神经、内分泌调节异常。针炙通过对神经、激素及细胞三种不同水平调节的影响逆转肥胖机体的代谢异常，减少能量摄入，增加能量消耗，最终实现减肥效应。揭示针灸减肥的神经及神经体液调节机制。

针灸预处理对更年期大鼠神经内分泌影响的规律与机制

中文摘要： 妇女更年期机体内环境急剧变化，是机体走向衰老、诱发或加重许多疾病的关键时期。本课题在针灸防病保健的作用机理提出"针灸良性预应激假说",采用形态学、病理学、免疫学、分子生物学等技术，通过在雌性大鼠中年后期应用"逆针灸"（针灸预处理）关元穴（每周2次，连续8周）的方法，观察其对随后进入更年期不同月龄大鼠的子宫、卵巢的组织病理及下丘脑、子宫、脾脏、血液等组织中性激素及受体、应激激素、免疫因子、血脂、自由基清除因子等变化，综合判定"逆针灸"关元的方法对更年期大鼠的影响。结果显示：逆针与逆灸可以明显减轻更年期大鼠12、14、16月龄子宫与卵巢的退行性改变；有助于平抑下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴相关激素的异常波动；能提高更年期机体的抗氧化能力，调整血脂水平；调节子宫、脾脏、下丘脑等部位的雌激素和受体的基因蛋白表达；并通过调整不同部应激激素使机体紊乱的应激状态得到一定的恢复；对脾脏及免疫因子及受体也有一定的影响。提示逆针灸可使即将进入更年期的机体产生良性预应激状态，并这种状态有助于对随后更年期机体产生保护作用。研究结果可初步印证"针灸良性预应激假说"，丰富针灸"治未病"的现代科学内涵。 中文主题词： 针灸;预处理;更年期神经内分泌;治未病;大鼠 英文摘要: As a character of acupuncture and moxibustion ,treating disease before it arises has
been reported a lot from ancient Chinese medicine. In recent years, profuse modern researches have
validated that acupuncture and moxibustion can protect one''s health and alleviate one''s diseases or
disorders，but their exact mechanisms are still unknown. Menopause is the important transitional period
to women from young to old.The internal environment of body changes greatly during this time.As a
result ,some diseases will probably be caused or aggravated. Based on previous reserches, we proposed the hypothesis that acupuncture and moxibustion were benign prestresses .In our research, acupuncture
and moxibustion were applid to rat''s "Guanyuan" point in advance from the 10th month(twice a
week,eight weeks continued). A lot of advanced techniques such as pathology, immunology, molecular
biology were applied to observe the change of histopathology of ovary and uterus ,sex hormone, receptor,
stess hormone, immune factor, blood lipid, oxygen free radical clear factor in hypothalamus,
uterus,spleen and blood in the 12th,14 th and 16th,month.So that the effect of preventive acupuncture
and preventive moxibustion could be found . Main results are as following：Preventive acupuncture and
preventive moxibustion could alleviate degenerate changes of ovary and uterus obviously in the 12th,14
th and 16th,month;they were good to restrain abnormal changes of hormone (E2、T、E/T、P、GnRH) about
HPO axis; the ability of Anti-oxygenation was strengthened and the level of blood lipid was dorminated at
the same time ; preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion could also adjust the hormone of
uterus, spleen ,hypothalamus and the genetic expression of the receptor ;meanwhile the disorder of body
could be improved by regulating HSP70、CRH、ACTH、B-EP of different postions ;preventive acupuncture
and preventive moxibustion still had some influence on spleen , IL-2 and its receptor , TGF andTNF. It
indicates that benign prestresses which can protect the body from pathological changes in menopause will
be caused by preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion .The findings prove that acupuncture
and moxibustion are benign prestresses,and this conclusion will make a large contribution to the
