而建筑设备的完善程度和设计水平是体现建筑物建设质量和现代化水平的重要标志,建筑内部的给水排水工程是建筑设备中的重要组成部分,其技术水平及先进性直接影响建筑物的使用功能,与人们生活、卫生、环境、安全息息相关。
1949-1964年期间《室内给水排水和热水供应设计规范》开始试行,其主要标志是我国开始设置给水排水专业,培养出建筑给排水专业技术人员,开始形成自己的专业队伍,并明确了室内给水排水和热水供应设计规范要求。
1964-1986年期间通过工程实践,对以往机械搬用国外经验并造成失误进行了认真反思,进而形成和确立有我国特色的建筑给排水技术体系。
1986年以来随着建筑业的发展,专业队伍已具备经过专业培训的设计、施工、安装、管理人员;技术上积累了一定的实践经验,并借鉴了国外的新技术,建筑给排水设计规范修改也是很频繁,建筑给排水设计规范越来越合理和成熟,出现了1997年版本的《建筑给水排水设计规范》(gbj15-88)、2003年版本的《建筑给水排水设计规范》gb50015-2003及2009年版本的《建筑给水排水设计规范》gb50015-2009。

国的建筑给排水发展迅速,总体来说经历了以下三个发展阶段第
一,房屋卫生技术设备阶段。
我国给排水专业设置的初级阶段就是房屋卫生技术设备,它
随即被设定成一门单独的专业课程;第二,室内给排水阶段。
这是一个反思阶段,从1964年开始的22年时间里,建筑给
水排水设计规范通过了国家的审批。我国结合实践工程经验,认
真总结和反思了往年在借鉴国外技术时所导致的失误及损失,进
而建立了具有我国特点的建筑给排水技术体系;第三,建筑给排

1现阶段建筑给排水设计过程中存在的问题笔者通过多年的工
作经验,认为现阶段建筑给排水设计过程存在如下问题(1)给排
水管道之间的距离。
有些工程建筑物内地下铺设的给排水管线间距太小,不符合
标准。一般来讲,建筑物内地下铺设的生活给水管与排水管在平
行铺设时的最小净距不宜小于0.50m,交叉铺设时的最小净距则最
好超过0.15m,并且给水管要设在排水管的上方。
为避免会发生漏水污染给水管线的情况,在设计中一般会避
免将给水管线跟排水管线铺设在一起。
(2)没有设置倒流防止器。倒流防止器在给排水设计中作用
比较重要,若漏设,则会给人们的生活带来诸多的不便。倒流防
止器通常设置在引入管上,没有倒流防止器的后果是,城市环网
里的水会在压力差的作用下,向压力较低的接口流动,这样会直
接导致居民区管网里的水与城市管网内的水融在一起,造成污染
和水表倒转。
(3)生活用水水池各通道未采取防止外来物进入的措施。在
钢筋混凝土水池的内壁和池内管道、金属附件均没有采用对水质
无污染的材料,这种情况很可能会造成生活用水和市政水遭受一
定程度的污染。若要防止这种情况的出现,便要将生活用水水池

的入孔盖和盖座紧密结合,采用一些有弹性且无毒的发泡材料嵌
在连接处;通气管口及溢流管的喇叭处要装上铜丝网罩或一些耐
腐蚀材料所制成的网罩,防止一些外来物进入水池。在水池进行
水压试验之后,需对水池内壁、内管道以及金属构件等部位刷瓷
釉涂料,水池内使用的爬梯也需选择不锈钢材料,防止在潮湿环
境下生锈,造成给排水系统出现故障。
(4)装设地漏。除了一些常排水的房间,如厕所、盥洗室
等,其他装设了地漏的房间也是需要经常排水的,否则,地漏水
封蒸发后又无法及时补给而干涸,会导致水封遭到损坏,从而不
能阻止水管道里的各种有害气体进入室内。一般来说,卫生间及
阳台装设地漏的情况不会有太多的争议,厨房装设地漏的情况是
争议较大的。随着现代家居装饰要求的提高,厨房的地板已不需
要用大量的水冲洗了,因此,厨房可以不装设地漏。
现实中,已有很多工程中的厨房不再装设地漏或者有些装设
了地漏的也会在二次装修时将其取消掉。然而,现实生活中往往
会有些特别的意外,如洗涤时忘关水龙头,未装设地漏的厨房便
会"闹水灾",这种情况往往会给户主带来一定程度的经济损失。
(5)设置导流槽。施工人员在做室外检查井时,将检查井做
成沉泥井,并没有依照规定做导流槽,造成井底有大量的粪便残
留。这样影响了化粪池的处理效果,还影响了环境卫生。
(6)UPVC排水管未采取防火措施。

在高层建筑的规范中对给排水管道防火措施有明确的规定,
规定指出,若在高层建筑中所采用的室内塑料排水管径超过
110mm,需在立管穿楼层处加设防火套管或者阻火圈,以防止底层
火灾越过管道蔓延至上层。
(7)厨房与卫生间的排水立管没有分开设置,在布置与卧室
相邻的内墙排水立管没有使用消除噪音的管材。当厨房与卫生间
处于相邻的位置时,最好不要使用同一根排水立管,应该分开设
立,这样可以避免卫生间内的污浊气体流到厨房内,影响户主的
卫生健康。为给户主营造一个宁静、舒适的居住环境,在布置与
卧室相邻的内墙排水立管时,最好不要使用不能消除噪音的普通
塑料排水管,而宜选择不影响正常生活休息的消音排水管材。
2建筑给排水设计过程中存在问题的解决措施为保证建筑给排
水施工的顺利进行,要进一步提升给排水设计的力度,根据实际
情况,做好建筑给排水设计施工的组织设计,按照国家相关规定
做到施工仔细、设计科学。使用合理、科学的有效措施,保障建
筑给排水施工工作顺利完成,给用户的使用带来便捷。另外,灌
水试验是给排水管道在隐蔽前务必认真执行的工作,试验方式务
必严格参照相关规定。
针对地质条件较差的地区,务必注意增加管道壁支撑的强
度,准确计算地面沉降系数,以保证埋管的安全。通常给水管道
在暗设时不能直接铺设在建筑物的结构内层。所以,给排水管道
在通过楼板时,在选择浇筑材料方面,不得使用质量低于楼板标

号的细石混凝土,为达到更好的防水效果,可往浇筑材料中加入
适当的防水、防渗添加剂,或者土建施工期间,预埋套管,上述
方式对于解决建筑楼板渗水问题有非常显著的效果。值得注意的
是,地漏与存水弯的配合问题需引起足够的重视。
实际施工经验表明,住宅内配备了存水弯,防渗效果会更加
突出。因此,建筑给排水设计时,可适当地对系统中的地漏采用
存水弯防漏。施工时,水封深度需严格控制在60-80mm间,以避
免出现污水串味的情况。为保证建筑给排水系统的质量,不仅要
在给排水设计阶段严格把关,而且在施工阶段也需格外注重施工
质量。除对设计、施工人员的综合素质及设计技能等进行强化,
还需提高现场人员的质量意识,要求施工过程中严格按照有关规

因为结构缺陷而引起不均匀沉降,导致管道损坏。若排水管需管

设计出现冲突。
