教学目标:
1.知识目标
1)能听、说、读句型:How old are you? I’m „/How many candles...
2)能听懂并跟读书中对话,鼓励学生学会表演。
2.能力目标
运用所学句型进行口语交际,获得有关年龄的信息。
3.情感目标
通过交际化语言的学习,激发学生对语言学习的热情,培养学生运用英语进行口语交际的爱好
和习惯。
教学重点:
会听、说句型How old are you? I’m„,并在实际场景中运用句型进行口语交际。
How many ...并用数字进行回答。
教学难点:
How old are you? I’m„句型的正确发音和运用。
教学过程:
Step 1 Warming-UP
1. Greetings
2. Sing a song: Good morning, Sam.(把歌曲中的Ann换成boys and girls, 用歌曲形式跟学生问
好。)
(通过欢快、活泼的歌曲形式跟学生问好,不仅拉近了教师与学生的距离,而且创设了轻松、愉
快的学习氛围,让学生以愉悦的情绪的开始一节课的学习。)
3. Revision (有层次复习数字,由浅入深)
(1)T: Now, take out your fingers. Let’s count.
(师生一起数数,从0到10,再从10到0)
(2)T: Now, count,(教师拍手),How many?
(教师拍手,让学生数次数,并进行抢答。)
(3)T: Now, I say, you clap your hands.
(教师说英语数字,学生进行拍手。)
(通过让学生听音拍手、抢答等有竞赛性的游戏,激发了学生的学习热情,让学生以积极、高昂
的情绪投入到新的课堂当中,并且很好地复习数字,为新知识的学习做了很好的铺垫。)
Step 2 Presentation
1. How old are you/
(1)T: Now, Close your eyes.( 教师端出一蛋糕模型),
T: Hello, everyone! Look, What’s this?
S: Birthday cake.
T: Yes, This is my birthday cake. Sing a song for me, ok?
How many candles on this cake? 从一到十一直往下数,帮助学生认识数字。
(设计意图:形象的蛋糕模型,播放“Happy birthday to you”歌曲,创设了一个真实的过生日场景,
使学生如身临其境,自然进入新课的学习。)
(2)T: Today is my birthday ,How old am I? DO you know how ask?
(板书课题:How old are you?)
(3)Say after me: How old are you?
(4)各种形式读:小组、个人、男女生读。
2. I’m„
Guess(How old am I?)
S1:7
S2:8
S3:9
T: Oh. Yes. I’m nine. (板书:I’m nine.)
T: Together, I’m nine. (跟读这个句子,齐读,男女生读)
3. Work in pairs
T: Hello, **, how old are you?
S: Hello, **, I’m seven. How old are you?
T: I’m six.
T: Now, let’s talk in pairs.(同桌小朋友互相问)
T: Which pairs? Hands up!
(抽几组上台进行对话操练,进行评价。)
4、I’m nine, too.
T: Hello, how old are you?
S1: I’m nine.
T: Who are nine, too? Stand up!
T: So we can say: I’m nine, too. (板书“I’m nine, too”.)
(教授句子“I’m nine, too”.)
5. You’re six.
T: How old are you?
S1: I’m six.
T: ** is six. So we can say “You’re six.” (板书:“You’re six.)
(跟读操练此句,依次找出其他年龄的小朋友,让大家一起说“You’re„”)
Step 3 Practice
1. Look at the cartoon.(课文动画)
T: 请大家认真地看,仔细听,想一想Ann 和Pangpang他们几岁了?
T: How old is Ann?
S1: Ann is nine.
T: How old is Pangpang?
S2: Pangpang is nine, too.
T: Great!
2. Listen and repeat
T: Now, look at the cartoon again, listen and repeat.(two times)
(通过多次播放课文动画,并让学生模仿读,使学生置身于全真的学英语环境,提高了他们的学
习积极性,而且提高了他们听、说英语的能力。)
3. Read after me.
T: Open your books and turn to P28. Now, read after me!
(老师领读,学生跟读。)

1, 用新学的句型造句。
2, 新单词抄写3遍。
