大学毕业生就业问题研究

摘要

近年来，随着我国高校毕业生人数逐年增多，加之金融危机的影响，高校毕业生的就业形势遇到了前所未有的挑战，甚至出现了所谓“毕业即失业”的说法。因此大学生毕业后能否顺利就业，已经成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。大学生就业难不仅有社会原因，也有大学生自身的原因。如何解决大学生就业难的问题不仅关系到大学生的切身利益，更关系到社会的和谐稳定，需要政府、企业、高校和大学生共同努力。

本文主要以马克思主义经济理论为指导，以大学本科毕业生为研究对象，通过对政府、用人单位、高校、毕业生四个参与主体以及高校扩招、劳动力市场等其他影响大学生就业的因素进行研究和分析;最后，根据上述分析结论，总结出改善高校毕业生就业状况的对策。

Abstract

In recent years, the number of college graduates in China is increasing year by year,

coupled with the current financial crisis, employment situation for graduates received

a hitherto unknown challenge, appeared even the so-called" graduation namely

unemployment". Thus college graduates' successful employment has become a hot

issue of common concern. The difficult employment of college students is not only

the social reason, also have the reason. How to solve the difficult problem of

employment of university students is not only related to the vital interests of students,

more related to social harmony and stability, need government, enterprise, University

and college students to work together.

This paper mainly to Marx's economic theory as a guide, to developed countries

employment theory as a foundation, with a bachelor's degree graduates as the research

object, through the government, employers, colleges and universities, graduates of

four participants and the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, labor

market and other factors influence the employment of university students to conduct

research and analysis; finally, according to the above analysis conclusion, summed up

the improvement of college graduates employment status countermeasures.
