一、课程的性质和目的

课程性质:本课程是专业基础教育的一门选修课。适用于学习过“大学英语”课程的学生。本课程既是专业知识的学习又是英语的学习,具有双重意义。

目的:

1.通过对有关本专业的英语原著的学习,了解、熟悉本专业常用英语词汇及相关的语法和习惯表达方式。

1、提高英语阅读能力,使外语达到实用的水平,能够从外文资料中获取知识,为工作

和继续学习打好基础。

2、通过本课程的学习,了解掌握一门专业知识。
