三、前景

镁及镁合金是目前工业应用中最轻的结构材料,它具有密度小、比强度高、

比刚度高及优良的切削加工性能等特点,符合当今减重、节能、环保等要求，被

誉为21 世纪的绿色工程材料,在工业领域得到日益广泛的应用, 尤其在航空、

汽车、电子工业中应用前景广阔, 年增长速度达到 20%以上,成为新的市场热点。

目前,汽车、农机等行业力求以降低自身重量来节省能耗, 其中一项重要措施就是

采用镁合金零件取代原先的铝合金甚至钢或铸铁零件。因此,镁合金必将成为继

钢铁、铝合金等传统材料之后又一重要的金属结构材料。

三、应用

镁合金是航空器、航天器和火箭导弹制造工业中使用的最轻金属结构材料。

镁的重量比铝轻，比重为1.8，强度也较低，只有200～300兆帕(20～30公斤/

毫米2)，主要用于制造低承力的零件。镁合金铸件3镁合金在潮湿空气中容易氧

化和腐蚀，因此零件使用前，表面需要经过化学处理或涂漆。德国首先生产并在

飞机上使用含铝的镁合金。镁合金具有较高的抗振能力，在受冲击载荷时能吸收

较大的能量，还有良好的吸热性能，因而是制造飞机轮毂的理想材料。镁合金在

汽油、煤油和润滑油中很稳定，适于制造发动机齿轮机匣、油泵和油管，又因在

旋转和往复运动中产生的惯性力较小而被用来制造摇臂、襟翼、舱门和舵面等活

动零件。民用机和军用飞机、尤其是轰炸机广泛使用镁合金制品。例如，B-52

轰炸机的机身部分就使用了镁合金板材635公斤，挤压件90公斤，铸件超过200

The remote sensor is a diode-connected transistor typically a low-cost, easily mounted 2N3904 NPN type that replace conventional thermistors or thermocouples. Remote accuracy is ±1°C with no cali-bration needed. The remote channel can also meas-ure the die temperature of other ICs, such as micro-processors, that contain an on-chip, diode-connected transistor. The 2-wire serial interface accepts standard System Management Bus (SMBus) Write Byte, Read Byte, Send Byte, and Receive Byte commands to program the alarm thresholds and to read temperature data. The data format is 11bits plus sign, with each bit cor-responding to 0.125°C, in two’s-complement format. Measurements can be done automatically and autonomously, with the conversion rate programmed by the user or programmed to operate in a single-shot mode. The adjustable rate allows the user to control the supply current drain. The G781 is available in a small, 8-pin SOP sur-face-mount package. Ordering Information PART* TEMP.
