工作原理:Working principle
物料由给料斗进入破碎机， 一部分物料经破碎腔上部的分料器进入高速旋转的转子， 在转子内被迅速加速，
其加速可达数百倍重力加速度，然后以 60 75米/秒的速度从转子周围的流道内抛射出去，首先同由给 料斗四周溢流口自由落下的一部分物料冲击破碎，然后一起冲击到破碎腔内衬层上，被物料衬层反弹，斜 向上冲击到破碎腔的顶部，又改变其运动方向，偏转向下运动，和从转子流道发射出来的物料形成连续的 物料幕。这样，一块物料在涡流破碎腔内受到多次撞击、摩擦和研磨破碎作用。被破碎的物料由下部排料 口排出。经循环筛分系统形成闭路，一般循环三次即可将物料破碎成为 4.75mm以下。破碎腔内部巧妙的
气流自循环，消除了粉尘污染。
VSI sand making machine selects the advanced selective crushing and comprehensive crushing principle, it directly send
the kinetic energy to material, and convert it to crushing energy, which can crush the material, via impacting energy.
Material will broke along the natural texture, comprehensive face, and good particle shape, lower cost. It can reach the two
kinds of working principle of stone to stone and
stone to iron. Central feeding material: The material is thrown by impeller with high speed, which gets from impeller and
ten times than acceleration of gravity, after feeding into hoper. Firstly rebound material crushes with falling material, then
impact to material lining(stone to stone) or (stone to iron), or being rebounded to the chamber top of impeller . Then
change material running direction to downward direction.
Then it crushes with material, which came from the trail plate of impeller to form the constant material curtain. So one
material discharge from bottom discharge opening after crushing, grinding, polishing many times in chamber.
