经室内评价,新型生物酸pH 介于3 -4之间,N80钢片腐蚀速度为1.3 g/( m 2 - h ),岩心溶蚀率为16.7% ,反应速率246.8 -( m 2 - h ),岩心溶蚀后表面凹凸不平,刻蚀孔洞形态复杂,形成大量蚓孔,且整体结构完整,以上特性有利于增大酸化压裂储层改造缝长,提升裂缝导流能力。
现场试验储层改造效果提高明显,取得了较好的应用效果,具有一定推广价值。
