7. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FILL IN THE REPORT
The aim of this template is to give you clearer instructions for the Inspection, and have EACH actual finding/comment facing the client's requirement.
1.验货结果/备注取代所有蓝色框的内容，即正式报告不应出现任何蓝色框。
2.如无法给验货结果，仍需移除蓝色框，结果给“N/A”并下备注说明原因
1. Please REPLACE those instructions in blue borders by your actual finding/comments. The blue instruction should NOT appear in the final report.
2. In case, the requirement cannot be answered, you should also remove the blue instructions, put result as “N/A” and comment to explain why requirement cannot be answered.
