Italian pizza has some sausage and tomatoes on it. It’s only $3.50. The Californian pizza has
olives and green peppers and is just $3.70. The Cheapie I, for $ 2.75, has onions and fruit on it.
The Cheapie II with olives and cheese sells for $ 2.35. Drinks are only $2.00 today. Enjoy yourself,
please. Thank you.

In many English homes people eat four times a day: breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner.
People have breakfast at any time from seven to nine in the morning. They often eat porridge,
eggs, and bread. English people drink tea or coffee at breakfast.
Lunch is at one o’clock. Afternoon tea is from four to five in the afternoon, and dinner is at
about half past seven. First people have soup; then they have meat or fish with vegetables. After
that they eat some other things like bananas, apples or oranges. However, not all English people
eat like that. Some of them have simple meals.

Little Tommy likes to eat at McDonald’s. He often eats a hamburger and fried chicken. After
that he gets a toy from the restaurant. Many people in the restaurant know him very well. People
there often ask him, “Why do you like to eat here?” Little Tommy says, “Because I like the toys
here.” “Why don’t you go to the toy shop then?” people ask again. Little Tommy says, “They have
toys, but they don’t have hamburgers or fried chicken.”
