摘 要 三相异步电动机在人们的生活生产中使用广泛,为此我们要深刻、细致地了解电机的原理及构造。所以进行了本次的电机实训。 在本次工程实训中,我们主要学习了三相异步电动机的结构、工作原理、交流绕组的基本知识和电动机的绕组嵌线。我们首先学习了三相异步电动机的结构以及观看了该电机的制作工艺视屏,然后,我们到南昌电康富机制造厂实地参观了三相同步发电机的整个生产过程。之后,我们把我们所看到的和我们所学习得理论知识相结合,学习了一些相关电机的基本知识,通过公式计算出相关的参数和有关数据。然后我们学习了三相绕组的嵌线方法,在老师的指导下我们进行了实际动手操作。通过一个星期的学习有关知识,我们已经对电机有了很大的了解,又用了一个星期的实际动手操作,最后我和同伴们一起组装了一个三相异步电动机(型号为:Y2-116-M6)。我们通过绕三相线圈、嵌线、调试、组装转子和外壳、通电检测。最后老师的问答及总结这次的工程实训最终结束。 关键词:电机 三相对称绕组 定子 转子

Squirrel cage type: copper strip is inserted in the groove, both ends of the copper ring short circuit, or the direct use of aluminum melting casting from short circuit winding.
