. . 摘 要 随着现代信息技术水平的不断提高、计算机技术的不断发展,同时近年来学校的规模也不断扩大,毕业生的数量也不断增加,学校对管理毕业生信息的要求也越来越高,计算机信息管理系统的出现便使这些问题能很好的得以解决。毕业生查询管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(IMS),本系统能够大大的减少毕业生信息管理方面的工作量,降低了人力和物力的浪费,明显的提高了学校管理的工作效率。 作为一个小型的查询管理系统,它具有手工管理所无法比拟的有点,如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。
