俄罗斯人的姓名分为三部分，其排列顺序为本人名、父 称、姓。俄罗斯人初相识时，一般称姓。对晚辈可直呼 其名，对成年人则称其名和父称,也可称其职务，或是对 方引以为傲的头衔。在同对方的主要决策者交往时，也 要利用自己的身份头衔，给人留下深刻的印象。
依照俄罗斯民俗，在用姓名称呼俄罗斯人时，可按彼此 之间的不同关系，具体采用不同的方法。只有与初次见 面之人打交道时，或是在极为正规的场合，才有必要将 俄罗斯人的姓名的三个部分连在一道称呼。
