法律英语常用句型的翻译-SUBJECT TO的翻译

 该短语在法律英文中一般后面都跟agreement, section, contract等法律文件名或

文件中特定条款名配合使用。通常可翻译成“以……为条件”、“根据……规定”、“在符

合……的情况下”、“除……另有规定外”以及“在不抵触……下”等。例如：  Ex 1: Subject to this section, an appeal shall be brought in such manner and shall be subject to such conditions as are prescribed by rules made under

subsection (5).

 一上诉案若符合本条规定，应按照第5款设定的规则所规定的方式和条件进行。
