某工厂用钢管从水井中抽水送往水塔,要求流量为90t/h,水井和水塔的水面稳定,其间的垂直距离为20m,水温20℃,水井水面与地面的距离为6m.试解决下列问题: ⑴选择输水管,并画出示意图; ⑵选择合适的泵; ⑶求泵的轴功率和电机功率; ⑷确定泵的安装位置;

⑸确定泵的工作点、损耗在阀门上的轴功率、每年(按330天计)用电损失为多少万元; ⑹现若流量需加大到100t/h,可采取什么措施? 附加条件:总管长为150m,水井到泵入口管长10m.吸入管路上装有带滤网的吸水底阀一只,90度弯头1个;排出管路上装有闸阀一只,90度弯头7个.

已知: Q=90t/h,20℃井水

1. 管径估算

1.1 出口管径估算

假设u=2m/s,计算管内径d=126mm,

选钢管φ140x5,内径d=130mm

流速u=1.884m/s

1.2 入口管径估算

假设u=1.5m/s,计算管内径d=145mm,

选钢管φ168.3x5.6,内径d=157.1mm

流速u=1.292m/s

2. 出口压力降 △Po

2.1 静压降 △Ps = (Z2-Z1)ρg /103 = 14x1000x9.81/1000 = 137.34 KPa

2.2 直管压力降 △Pf1 = (λL/d )*( u2ρ/2)/ 103

Re = duρ/μ= 130*1.884*1000/1 = 244920

取 ε = 0.4,则ε/d = 0.4/130 =0.0031

查 λ = 0.031

计算 △Pf1 = (0.031*140/0.13)*(1.8842*1000/2)/ 103 = 59.25 Kpa

2.2 局部压力降 △Pf2 = (λ∑Le/d )*( u2ρ/2)/ 103

查 闸阀Le = 8d =8*0.13 =1.04m

90o弯头Le = 16d *7个 = 16*0.13 *7=14.56m

△Pf2 = (0.031*(1.04+14.56)/0.13)* (1.8842*1000/2)/ 103 = 6.6 Kpa

2.3 进入水箱压力降 △Pk = (K-Kv)*( u2ρ/2)/ 103

= (0.5-1)* (1.8842*1000/2)/ 103=-0.887 Kpa

2.4 速度压力降 △Pn = (u22-u12)ρ/2/ 103 =1.8842*1000/2/ 103 =1.775 Kpa

2.5 出口压力降 △Po = △Ps + △Pf1 + △Pf2 + △Pk + △Pn

= 137.34+59.25+6.6+0.887+1.775

= 205.852 Kpa

3. 进口压力降 △Pi

3.1 静压降 △Ps = (Z2-Z1)ρg /103 = 6x1000x9.81/1000 = 58.86 KPa

3.2 直管压力降 △Pf1 = (λL/d )*( u2ρ/2)/ 103 Re = duρ/μ= 157*1.292*1000/1 = 202844

取 ε = 0.4,则ε/d = 0.4/157=0.00255

查 λ = 0.031

计算 △Pf1 = (0.031*10/0.157)*(1.2922*1000/2)/ 103 = 1.648 Kpa

3.3 局部压力降 △Pf2 = (λ∑Le/d )*( u2ρ/2)/ 103

查 底阀Le = 420d =420*0.157 =65.91m

90o弯头Le = 16d *1个 = 16*0.157 *1=2.512m

△Pf2 = (0.031*(65.91+2.512)/0.157)* (1.2922*1000/2)/ 103 = 11.276

3.4 由水井抽出压力降 △Pk = (K+Kv)*( u2ρ/2)/ 103

= (0.5+1)* (1.2922*1000/2)/ 103=1.252 Kpa

3.5 速度压力降 △Pn = (u22-u12)ρ/2/ 103 =1.2922*1000/2/ 103 =0.835 Kpa

3.6 入口压力降 △Pi = △Ps + △Pf1 + △Pf2 + △Pk + △Pn

= 58.86+1.648+11.276+1.252+0.835

= 73.871 Kpa

4. 泵的流量

选 Q = 1.15 * 90 = 103.5 m3/h

5. 泵的扬程

H = △Pi + △Po = 73.871 +205.852=279.723 Kpa

选扬程 H’=1.1*27.97=31 m

6. 泵的轴功率

假设η=70%,N = QρgH /(1000η)= 103.5 /3600*1000*9.81*31/(1000*0.7)=12.5kw

7. 泵的电机功率

N’= KN/ηt = 1.15*12.5/1=14.375≈15KW

8. 泵的安装高度

h = P1/(ρg)-△Pi-PV/(ρg)-NPSHa

= 105/(1000*9.81) - 7.3871 -2400/(1000*9.81)-NPSHa

= 2.56-NPSHa

如果泵安装在地面上,h ≈ 6 +0.4 mm =6.4m

则 NPSHa=-3.84 m

选用离心泵的NPSHr < 2.84 m

9. 损失在阀门上的轴功率

闸阀+底阀的压力降为=0.44+10.862=11.3 Kpa =1.13 m

损失的轴功率N’= 1.13/H’ *N = 1.13/31 *12.5 =0.456 KW

330天用电损失:0.635 * 0.456 *330*24 = 2293.3152元

10. 如果流量需要加大到100t/h,可以选泵的流量115m3/h,进出口管径不变,重新核算压力降,选定扬程、安装高度和气蚀余量。
