【教学过程】1.热身活动。
(1)游戏:Simon Says通过游戏引导学生回顾、复习第4课的内容，巩固left和right两个单词的音和义。
(2)游戏:猜一猜左手还是右手？教师呈现班内某位学生右手正面或反面的图片，让其他学生猜一猜是左手还是右手。
同吋，复习、巩同三年级上册句型Who is he/she?为本课学习做好铺垫2.新知呈现与操练。
(1)要求学生打开课本看图，教师介绍语言情境：“Look at the picture. Miss Li and her students are having class. Who can you see in the picture? Can you see Lingling/ Pat/ Jack/ Mary?”教师向学生提出问题：“Miss Li has a question for her students. What question? Let’s listen.教师播放录音让学生带着问题整体感知本板块内容并找出“Who is on the left of Mary?”的答案。
