You can’t r aise the speed and you feel the engine is not powerful.Main reason: (1). Speed governor is damagedA.Speed governor or the fuel adjusting system are locked.B.The pinhole of flyweight and the shelf fray seriously.C.The flyweight is too heavy.D.The lubricating oil in the speed governor has became less and bad.E.The spring is damaged.(2). the injection pump is damaged.(3). the pin valve in the oil atomizer of some cylinder is locked. Appearance: When the engine runs, the exhaust system discharge a lot of balck smoke and the engine is not powerful.Mainy reason:(1). the induction system is blockage.You should check the intake air pipe whether it is blockage. And then check the air fliter whether it is blockage serious. At last check the turbocharger whether it is damaged.(2). the fuel supply system has some problem.A. The injection pump has some problem.B. The oil atomizer has some problem.C. The pressure of cylinder is too low so lead to the exhaust discharge a lot of black smoke. You should check the piston and the ring whether they are fraied too seriously to the air in the cylinder is leakout.The diagnosis processAt first you should check the situation that the engine discharges much black smoke. If the engine is at idle speed, it means that the fuel supply quantity is big.When the pressure is low, the exhaust discharges black smoke;The fuel quality is so bad that the fuel cann’t burn completely, the exhaust discharges black smoke;Some cylinder receives more fuel or pulverization is not good, you can try to cut off fuel supply about every cylinde. Do this you can definite that which cylinder is damaged.If all the above are not useful, you can check whether it is the same about the injection interval angle of every cylinder.Appearance: When the engine runs at uneven speed, the exhaust system discharge a lot of white smoke and the engine is not powerful. This error usually shows three items as follows:1.Engine discharges gray white smoke.2.Engine discharges watery white smoke.3.Engine discharges white smoke at first, wait for a monent when thetemperature is high engine discharges black smoke.Mainy reason: (1). because the injection is damaged, the injection time is late.(2).
