S-P220T智能型交流接触器的研究与设计 [摘要]-S-P220T是由士林电机有限公司生产的工作电压为220V的交流接触器,本次设计的目的是针对S-P220T交流接触器进行智能化设计,可将交流电转变为直流电来降低接触器的功耗、提高接触器的电寿命、机械寿命、降低接触器吸合时振动次数以及减小噪音等功能。设计主要分为硬件设计、软件设计以及实验结果分析三大部分。软件部分主要是利用飞思卡尔的Codewarrior编写mc9s08sh8单片机程序以及对其进行调试,实现占空比可调以实时调节加到接触器线圈电压值大小来控制接触器的吸合、保持和释放。硬件部分主要是利用Altium Designer(AD)设计电路原理图,再利用AD创建PCB以及PCB的导入,最后刷版和焊板。在实验部分具体分为接触器吸合释放电压试验,测试功率比对、噪声比对试验、性能测试等实验,以达到交流接触器的智能控制,提高其整体性能。最后,经过智能化设计的交流接触器与传统的交流接触器相比较,不管在功耗还是在寿命上都得到了极大的提升,而且在耗材上也得到了节省。智能化控制的交流接触器将是未来接触器的发展方向。

The research and design of intelligent ac contactor of S-P220T [Abstract]-The contactor of S-P220T is produced by The electric co., LTD of ShiLin and it’s working voltage is 220V, The purpose of this design is for the S - P220T intelligent ac contactor in design,the design of the circuit can be alternating current into direct current (DC) to reduce the power consumption of the contactor of, improve the electrical life of the contactor, mechanical life, reduce the number of contactor timeliness of vibration absorption and reducing noise, and other functions. mainly divided into three parts:hardware design, software design and experiment. The software design mainly is use the Codewarrior of Freescale to write Mc9s08sh8 microcontroller program and debug on it, based on this, To realize adjustable duty ratio by adjusting to the contactor to control the suction of contactor coil voltage size, maintain, and release. The hardware design mainly is use the software of Altium Designer(AD) to Design schematic circuit diagram. And, recycling AD create the import of PCB and PCB, and finally brush version and welding plate. In the experimental part of concrete can be divided into contact and release voltage test, the power consumption ratio test, performance test, noise test, and Characteristic test and so on ,in order to realize the intelligent control of the S- P220T ac contactor,To improve the overall performance.Finally, through the design of intelligent ac contactor compared with traditional ac contactor, whether in power or in the life has been greatly promoted, and after the intelligent ac contactor in consumables and covers an area of has been saved.Intelligent control of ac contactor will be the future development direction of contactor.
