摘要:目的:对医用直线加速器剂量监测与控制系统的技术分析。方法:使用Varian-clinac-CX机器设备为例进行分析。结果:分析了医用直线加速器在电离室、电源系统、剂量信号和通道、控制系统四方面的控制技术。结论:电离室为剂量监测控制系统的中心系统,剂量信号、控制信号在此进行质量保障调试工作,建立起计量学质量保证的基础。

近年来,我国医疗水平显著提高,其中就少不了医疗器械水平的进步。医用加速器是一种用于进行放疗治疗的重要设备,其需要保证先进性、高质量性,向放疗患者提供完整的、最好的放疗方案。本文主要介绍Varian-clinac-CX机器的具体的剂量监测与控制系统的技术。
医用直线加速器简介
医用电子直线加速器,主要应用于医学中的放射治疗,其利用微波电磁场对电子进行加速,并且在直线运动轨道进行加速的装置。
医用电子直线加速器系统结构复杂,重要工作系统包括:①加速系统。加速系统是电子直线加速器的核心系统,这一系统首先由加速管电子枪产生并在阴极加热电子,然后从阳极电子孔道中心射出带有初始能量的电子进入加速结构,再由加速结构将电子加速,经偏转式引出系统将电子束引出。②辐射系统。辐射系统的主要作用是让先前已被加速的电子束经靶、散射靶、准直器等作用,使其够用于放射治疗。③剂量系统。剂量系统又叫剂量监测系统。该系统中,电离室检测辐射的强度,发出信号,在进行处理转换,发出吸收剂量的信号,同时对辐射能量变化进行监测,并且监测辐射范围内两个垂直方向的统一度。这一系统的正常工作,保证了剂量监测的稳定性、准确性和安全性。④控制系统。医用电子直线加速器的控制系统大致分两个部分,包括常规的电源、水压、水温、功率等的工作系统,以及进行加速、出束、频率控制、统一度控制、剂量量控制、剂量率控制等的控制系统[2]。
