Responsibilities (include but not limited):
- Control the quality of incoming components, in-process & finished products, packaging and
labeling
- Inspection data statistics and analysis for products of all processes and nonconforming
product
- Compile and modify the control plan, inspection card,quality inspection record according
to technical drawing
- File all technical drawing & documents from Process Development & Product Engineering and
distribute inspection card, quality inspection record etc
- Finish preparation & data analysis of the release products
- Implement and upgrade the QMS i.e. working instruction etc.
- Communication with customer about quality issues
- Training the operator how to use the measurement equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineering or Precision Apparatus
- More than three years experience in site quality control and management
- Be familiar with inspection equipments and machining process
- Know how to operate, calibrate, maintain the measuring equipment
- Problem solving skills
- Self driven personality
- Highly responsible and open-minded
- Good command of PC skills (including AutoCAD, Excel, Word etc.)
- Good command of English reading and writing
