关键词：聚氯乙烯；地板；PVC 背景：聚氯乙烯地板（以下称PVC地板）是一种以PVC树脂粉、增塑剂、石粉等为原材料，经过挤塑、热压、回火、淋膜等工序制作而成的新型轻体室内装饰材料。

PVC地板历经三代发展从最初的LVT到WPC，直至现在应用最为广泛的第三代SPC。

PVC地板相对与瓷砖和木基地板，兼顾质轻，耐磨防滑，环保无毒，阻燃等特性在欧美国家广泛使用。

PVC地板起源于欧洲，从上世纪80年代传入中国，与欧美等发达国家相比，我国PVC地板应用市场起步较晚，在应用普及度上还存在较大差距。

我国PVC地板企业主要立足于生产，产品以出口为主。

随着时代的发展和人们对健康环保的追求，PVC地板产品在各领域的应用优势不断显现，不断得到消费者的认可，我国PVC地板具有很大的发展潜力。

一、北美标准要求PVC地板因其款式新颖、花纹多样，拼装简单，深得北美消费者青睐。

在2020年新冠疫情席卷全球的情况下，北美大型建材零售商家得宝和FloorDecor PVC地板销售量不但没有减少，反而增长20%以上。

由美国材料和试验协会（ASTM）下属的F06弹性地板委员会于1996年制定的产品标准ASTM F1700和2017年制定的产品标准ASTM F3261，并经多次修订更新。

最新标准为： ASTM F1700-20：Standard Specification for Solid Vinyl Floor Tile ASTM F3261-20：Standard Specification for Resilient Flooring in Modular Format with Rigid Polymeric Core ASTM F1700-20主要是针对LVT，主要对尺寸、厚度、耐磨层厚度、直角度、残余凹陷、柔性、尺寸稳定性、耐化学试剂、耐旋光性、耐热性等性能作出了详细规定。
