It’s all about sales
How many of you are sales or have been a sales before?
I’ve been a sales for more than two years. You know sales is result-oriented, ,
your goal is to persuade your customers buy your products, sometimes your
customer is very difficult to approach, the competition is very fierce, your
products is not really as good as your competitor’s, but you still have to sale, by
all means. At this time, you yourself make some importance. the thing that all
about sales is communication between people, such as how to make your
customers like you, accept you, trust you, and finally buy the products from you,
this is the thing you really need to figure out. Because you are not just promoting
a product, but also promoting yourself.

As for me, to make my customers like me, I should give them a good first
impression, so observation is really important. when I come into a customer’s
office at the first time, I will first search every useful message for me. If I found
that he likes to put family photo in the frame, I will start my topic with his family
member, such as how excellent his child is, how good relationship he has build
between his family, at this time, I’m sure, he will feel so good, and very happy to
continue the talk with me, so I can seize the opportunity to introduce my
products later on. If I found my customer hang on some photos of him taken with
some celebrities in his area, or put some Certificates of merit in the closet, it
means he is the kind of person who really care about his fame, in this case, I will
choose the topic which can give him a sense of achievement, such as his
awesome title in some community, his excellent ability in his field, or you can
even flatter him as how the other peers think highly of him…in a word, he likes
the feeling of to be treat as an Important figure, you just need to suite his
appetite.

So, after how to give a good first impression, let’s talk about how to maintain it,
because most of the time you can’t reach your goal in one step, even after you
have successfully sold your products, you still need work really hard on maintain
the relationship, so every time you visit your customer, you should seize this
opportunity to enhance the good impression. Let me share a small case with you:
one of my customers send his child abroad for college education, most of the time,
they can only get in touch on the internet. Once I visit him, He was typing the
keyboard really slowly and clumsy mumbling some unclearly pinyin to himself,
coming closely, I found that he was typing to his son. This visitation gave me a
useful information, the next time I visited him, I brought him a writing board , to
make their communication more convinient, I even bought a video camera and
installed for him, I did these actively, without any of his hint, but just as my
expectation, he was very touched, he touched because maybe I ‘m not the only
sales who know that he want to get in touch with his son frequently, but I’m the
only one did something really helpful and beyond his expectation. As for me, a
writing board and a video camera is not really expensive, but it is a gift full of
consideration which can really touched him, this action become a big step for our
relationship, he began to accept me, trust me, and finally became my Loyal
customer

ever since then, I got an experience, to build and maintain a relationship, it’s not
something about how many beautiful words you say and how much money you
throw, you must be considerable and thoughtful than others, every gift you give
should be full of thoughts, this can’t be solved by money.

So, my dear friends, hope my experience can be useful to you, you know, If you
open your mind widely, sales is not only a profession, it’s accuatly a way of
communication. when you want to make someone like you and accept you, such
as chasing a girl, melting into a new group, you are actually selling yourself to
them, so thinking as a sales, be diligent in observation, be thoughtful and
considerable, use your heart, do something really she/he need, can often get
twice the result with half the efforts. It is all about sales.
