Description:
1.supervise and instruct the project plan made by junior designers
2.able to lead the team to finish some representative project
3.do some design research
4.help to build a better process of work
5.train junior designers
Qualifications
&
Requirements:
1.foreigners or from Hong Kong and Macao, Expert in construction,
environment art, interior design or art specialty;
2.more than ten years working experience in overseas or
international interior design enterprises, of which more than three
years of design director or manager;
3. able to finish independently whole project including project
approaching, presentation of the proposals, project management and
other work during whole process of one project;
4.able to instruct junior designers to finish their project and nurture
design assistant
5. familiar with fashion trend,design features and the solution of
interior design in China and the world;
6.good at organizing,coordinating,communicating and strong
management skills of the project
7. fluent English and preferably speak Chinese
8. experience of interior design for hotel
