方法选取2022年5月—2023年2月宜兴市人民医院放射科收治的疑似乳腺癌患者40例为观察对象,均进行DWI、DCE-MRI检查,以病理诊断结果为金标准,观察上述方式诊断效果。
结果 DWI与DCE-MRI诊断特异度高于单一方式(94.74%>57.89%/57.89%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=0.368、0.368,P<0.05),误诊率低于单一方式(5.26%<42.11%/42.11%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=0.368、0.368,P<0.05)。
DWI与DCE-MRI诊断符合率高于单一方式(95.00%>75.00%/77.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=0.200、0.175,P<0.05)。
DWI与DCE-MRI、DCE-MRI诊断灵敏度高于DWI (95.24%/95.24%>90.48%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
DWI与DCE-MRI、DCE-MRI漏诊率低于DWI(4.76%/4.76%<9.52%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
结论乳腺良恶性病变鉴别中,可以采用DWI与DCE-MRI方式,准确鉴别乳腺疾病性质。

DWI and DCE-MRI examinations were performed, and the pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard to observe the diagnostic effect of the above methods. Results The diagnostic specificity of DWI and DCE-MRI was higher than that of single mode (94.74%>57.89%/57.89%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=0.368, 0.368, P<0.05). The misdiagnosis rate was lower than that of single mode (5.26%<42.11%/42.11%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=0.368, 0.368, P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of DWI and DCE-MRI was higher than that of single method (95.00%>75.00%/77.50%), and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant (χ2=0.200, 0.175, P<0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity of DWI was higher than that of DCE-MRI and DCE-MRI (95.24%/95.24%>90.48%), and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The missed diagnosis rate of DWI was lower than that of DCE-MRI and DCE-MRI (4.76%/4.76%<9.52%), and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).
