不同因素对耐盐竹柳单板层积材性能的影响杨莹;冯磊;邓玉和;王新洲;王向歌;董葛平;陈明及;张健;吴金绒【摘要】对速生耐盐竹柳制造的单板层积材的可行性进行研究,分析了热压温度、热压时间及涂胶量对竹柳LVL物理力学性能的影响。
结果表明,速生耐盐竹柳制造LVL是可行的;随着热压温度的升高,竹柳LVL的力学性能有所提高,当温度达到150℃时,板材在垂直加载条件下的弹性模量(MOE⊥)、静曲强度(MOR⊥)和水平加载条件下的弹性模量(MOE∥)、静曲强度(MOR∥)开始下降,24 h吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)则随热压温度的增高而增加,变化范围为5.05%~5.92%;当热压时间为1.0 min/mm,竹柳LVL板材的MOE⊥、MOR⊥和MOE∥、MOR∥值达到最大,分别为5135.13、69.94 MPa和5759.57、69.54 MPa,TS随热压时间延长呈现先增大后减小的趋势,变化幅度不是很大;随涂胶量的增加,竹柳LVL的MOE⊥、MOR⊥和MOE∥、MOR∥均有不同程度的提高,在涂胶量为280 g/m2时,MOE⊥和MOR⊥达到最大,而MOE∥和MOR∥则在涂胶量为240 g/m2时达到最大, TS当涂胶量为240 g/m2时最小。
在试验研究范围内,建议工艺条件为,热压温度135℃,热压时间1.0 min/mm;单面涂胶量240 g/m2。
