为了安全使用卡盘需以下安全条件下安全使用。

１．１．１ 为了避免卡盘高速选装的时候零件或其他部品（卡爪或卡盘其他零件）脱离造成伤害应 操作者和卡盘隔离状态下操作。

１．１．２ 关好门的情况之下才能旋转主轴。

主轴旋转当中不允许打开安全门。

１．１．３ 要旋转卡盘提前ａ）确认液压夹紧压力是否正常，　ｂ）确认卡盘是否夹紧正常后才可旋转卡盘。

１．１．４ 主轴转速不能超过已标好的最高转速。

１．２卡盘及旋转油缸安装及调试。

对产品的规格写在产品的种类里。

１．２．１ 为了避免旋转过程中损坏，使用过程中应加工范围之内的零件。

１．２．２ 旋转开关损坏的情况下为了保护机床及关联零件应配备防止旋转装置。

１．２．３ 液压压力不能调到允许最高压力以上，超过最高压力很有可能会损坏到卡爪或卡盘内部的 零件。

１．２．４ 卡盘最高转速在以下条件下方可使用 －液压压力能调到最高压力时 －夹紧力已确认好 －所使用的卡爪跟加工的零件配对使用１．２．５ 第４项里所写的注入润滑油必须管理好　重要：没有管理好或者润滑不好的情况下夹紧力会减少５０％，使用过程中会对操作者带来危险。

１．２．６ 所有的维修应在断点后进行１．２．７ 设计的时候已考虑动平衡但是应工件所产生的动平衡应加大ＡＤＡＰＴＥＲ的外径后使用平衡块 来调整动平衡，而且加工的时候动平衡允许的旋转转速内加工零件１．３卡盘，卡爪 卡爪是加工产品的时候安全夹紧工件的基本零件，跟刀具干涉及排屑直接有影响， 制造的时候跟专家咨询后方可制造。

重要：安装卡爪，更换，及点检的时候应断电后进行２，　安装卡盘２．１拆包装箱 为了避免运输卡盘过程中的损坏发货前已包好，已包好的金属零件已用防锈油侵泡过， 所以安装卡盘前用清油剂或用麻布擦洗后充分晒干后安装。
