The first period:
Step1. Review
1) Show the clothes pictures:dress /long skirt/short vest/short coat/long shirt /old
T-shirt/new Let the students say and write out these words .
2) Check the dialogues made by students : Hello,...I’m not good at English/Chinese
/maths. I can help you .Thank you . That’s OK .
Step2 . Leading new lesson
1)Study the new words according the pictures of animal .
2)Leading the dialogues: Design a scene(Take students around a zoo.) Let the students
observe all kinds animals ,then answer my questions .
1.Are you glad to on the ship? -How nice on a ship!
2.Can you see many animals? Wow! So many animals.

Lesson3 第2课时教学设计【内容来源】科学普及出版社（三起点）三年级下册Lesson3【主题】Is that a pig?【课时】第2课时：Let’s talk的后两个场景和Let’s sing一、教学目标与要求（Teaching aims and request）1、复习检查教师先拿出猪和大象的简笔画。

教师手举猪的简笔画，学生A问Is that a big pig? 教师摆手并手举大象的简笔画，学生B答No, it isn’t a pig. It’s an elepha nt.釆取三人合作的方法，复习此会话。

教师可以多准备几幅简笔画，把会话中的pig和elephant换成其他动物来操练此句型。

2、导入新课在学习新课前，教师先讲解生词where和there。

这两个单词只有一个字母之差，学生容易混淆。

本课时涉及的单词frog和fish虽在上学期已经学过，教师在课前仍需带领学生拼读并讲明汉语意思。

本场景可用简笔画导入。

教师准备青蛙和鱼的简笔画，教师手举青蛙的简笔画问Is that a fish?学生回答No, it’s not a fish. It’s a frog.教师手举鱼的简笔画问Is that a frog?学生回答No, it’s not a frog. It’s a fish.复习了关键的句子结构，教师再让学生回到课本中，学习其他的句子，如A frog? Where? There! Oh, sorry.3、操练这两个场景适合表演。

教师可以把全班同学分成几个小组，小组同学在一起商量如何把这两个场景表演出色，特别要注意到表情的运用。

然后每个小组派两名同学上台表演，教师根据表演的情况进行点评。

4、学习Let’s sing本课Let’s sing中的歌曲是Old MacDonald has a farm，在教唱这首歌时，教师先示范唱，然后学生跟着教师一句一句唱，待学生唱会这首歌后，教师唱歌谱，学生配上歌词集体试唱。
