设计基于物联网的远程慢性病健康管理系统框架并讲述了系统实现的关键技术方案。
系统设计运用物联网、可穿戴设备实现慢性病患者的体温、心率、血压、脉搏、血氧饱和度、血糖等生命体征数据的监测与信息采集;采用标准接口实现异构数据存储与计算;采用分级授权及数据脱敏保证数据的安全性;预留居民健康档案管理平台接口、健康体检中心接口、HIS等接口可有效保证系统的可拓展性及数据分析的关联性曰运用GIS技术实现慢性病热区分布的可视化监测,采用大数据、人工智能等算法可在智能学习的基础上不断优化慢性病诊疗知识库,以期提高基础慢性病预测的正确率,进一步为慢性病患者提供慢性病诊疗、康复方案干预、预约服务、慢性病急症预警等更高治疗的服务,减少慢性病的发病率与由其所导致的重病率,提高患者的自主防病、健康管理意识,减缓慢性病重病发病率,提高慢性病患者的生活质量。
