《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010-2002)1 总则1.0.1为了在混凝土结构设计中贯彻执行国家的技术经济政策,做到技术先进、安全适用、经济合理、确保质量,制订本规范。
1.0.2本规范适用于房屋和一般构筑物的钢筋混凝土、预应力混凝土以及素混凝土承重结构的设计。
本规范不适用于轻骨料混凝土及其他特种混凝土结构的设计。
1.0.3混凝土结构的设计,除应符合本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关强制性标准的规定。
2 术语、符号2.1 术语2.1.1混凝土结构concrete structure以混凝土为主制成的结构,包括素混凝土结构,钢筋混凝土结构和预应力混凝土结构等。
2.1.2素混凝土结构plain concrete structure由无筋或不配置受力钢筋的混凝土制成的结构。
2.1.3钢筋混凝土结构reinforced concrete structure由配置受力的普通钢筋,钢筋网或钢筋骨架的混凝土制成的结构。
2.1.4预应力混凝土结构prestressed concrete structure由配置受力的预应力钢筋通过张拉或其他方法建立预加应力的混凝土制成的结构。
2.1.5先张法预应力混凝土结构pretensioned prestressed concrete structure在台座上张拉预应力钢筋后浇筑混凝土,并通过粘结力传递而建立预加应力的混凝土结构。
2.1.6后张法预应力混凝土结构post-tensioned prestressed concrete structure在混凝土达到规定强度后,通过张拉预应力钢筋并在结构上锚固而建立预加应力的混凝土结构。
2.1.7现浇混凝土结构cast-in-situ concrete structure在现场支模并整体浇筑而成的混凝土结构。
2.1.8装配式混凝土结构prefabricated concrete structure由预制混凝土构件或部件通过焊接,螺栓连接等方式装配而成的混凝土结构。
第五章预应力混凝土结构详解第五章预应力混凝土结构第一节预应力混凝土的基本原理所谓预应力混凝土,指在混凝土结构承受外荷载前预先引入内部应力,并使其应力大小和分布能抵消使用荷载产生的应力至期望程度的混凝土。
现以图5-1所示的预应力混凝土简支梁为例,说明预应力混凝土结构的基本原理。
该梁在荷载作用之前,通过张拉高强度钢筋的方法,预先在梁的受拉区施加偏心压力p N ,使梁的下边缘产生预压应力1c σ,上边缘产生预拉应力1t σ(如图5-1(a )),当荷载q (包括梁自重)作用时,在梁跨中截面下边缘将产生拉应力2t σ,梁上边缘产生压应力2c σ(如图5-1(b ))。
这样,在预压力p N 和荷载q 共同作用下,梁下边缘拉应力将减至12c t σσ-,梁上边缘一般为压应力,但也可能为有限的拉应力(如图5-1(c ))。
由此可见,由于预先给混凝土梁施加了预压力p N ,使混凝土梁在荷载q 作用下,其下边缘产生的拉应力被预压应力完全或大部分抵消,因而可以避免混凝土出现裂缝(或将裂缝宽度控制在容许范围之内),这就改善了钢筋混凝土梁的抗裂性能,并能充分发挥高强度材料的作用。
(拉)(压)σ(压)(拉)σσ(压或拉)σσ-(拉)σσ-σ图5-1 预应力的作用第二节预加应力的方法与设备5.2.1 预加应力的方法常用的预加应力方法主要有先张法和后张法两类。
1、先张法即先张拉钢筋,后浇筑构件混凝土。
工序如图5-2所示。
先在台座上按设计规定的拉力张拉钢筋,并用锚具临时固定;再浇筑构件混凝土;待混凝土达到规定强度后,放松钢筋,混凝土构件借助钢筋的弹性恢复获得预压应力。
先张法预应力混凝土构件是通过预应力筋和混凝土之间的粘结力来保持和传递预应力。
先张法通常适用在长线台座 (50~200m)上成批生产直线预应力布筋的中小型构件,如屋面板、空心板梁、桩等。
先张法的主要优点是生产效率高、施工工艺简单、锚夹具可多次重复使用。

混凝土结构设计规范Code for design of concrete structures主编部门:中华人民共和国建设部批准部门:中华人民共和国建设部施行日期:2002年4月1日关于发布国家标准《混凝土结构设计规范》的通知根据我部《关于印发〈一九九七年工程建设标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》(建标[1997]108号)的要求,由建设部会同有关部门共同修订的《混凝土结构设计规范》,经有关部门会审,批准为国家标准,编号为GB 50010-2002,自2002年4月1日起施行。
其中,3.1.8、3.2.1、4.1.3、4.1.4、4.2.2、4.2.3、6.1.1、9.2.1、9.5.1、10.9.3、10.9.8、11.1.2、11.1.4、11.3.1、11.3.6、11.4.12、11.7.11为强制性条文,必须严格执行。
原《混凝土结构设计规范》GBJ 10-89于2002年12月31日废止。
本规范由建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释,中国建筑科学研究院负责具体技术内容的解释,建设部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。
中华人民共和国建设部2002年2月20日编辑本段前言本标准是根据建设部建标[1997]108号文的要求,由中国建筑科学研究院会同有关的高等院校及科研、设计、企业单位共同修订而成。
在修订过程中,规范修订组开展了各类专题研究,进行了广泛的调查分析,总结了近年来我国混凝土结构设计的实践经验,与相关的标准规范进行了协调,与国际先进的标准规范进行了比较和借鉴。
在此基础上以多种方式广泛征求了全国有关单位的意见并进行了试设计,对主要问题进行了反复修改,最后经审查定稿。
本规范主要规定的内容有:混凝土结构基本设计规定、材料、结构分析、承载力极限状态计算及正常使用极限状态验算、构造及构件、结构构件抗震设计及有关的附录。
本规范将来可能需要进行局部修订,有关局部修订的信息和条文内容将刊登在《工程建设标准化》杂志上。

第一章混凝土结构承载能力极限状态计算第二章术语2.1.1 混凝土结构concrete structure以混凝土为主制成的结构,包括素混凝土结构、钢筋混凝土结构和预应力混凝土结构等。
2.1.2 素混凝土结构plain concrete structure无筋或不配置受力钢筋的混凝土结构。
2.1.3 普通钢筋steel bar用于混凝土结构构件中的各种非预应力筋的总称。
2.1.4 预应力筋prestressing tendon and/or bar用于混凝土结构构件中施加预应力的钢丝、钢绞线和预应力螺纹钢筋等的总称。
2.1.5 钢筋混凝土结构reinforced concrete structure配置受力普通钢筋的混凝土结构。
2.1.6 预应力混凝土结构prestressed concrete structure配置受力的预应力筋,通过张拉或其他方法建立预加应力的混凝土结构。
