关于发表论文、专利情况的填写样例解析及补充说明
一、整体要求：
1. 排序规则：最有学术价值、最具代表性学位论文排前；
2. 排序规则：正式发表排前，录用状态排后；
3. 作者排名要求：本人为一作或导师为一作学生为第二作者；
4. 必须北航是第一单位；
5. 不能出现一稿多用，即一篇文章只能用于一个学生申请学位；
二、各类型论文的填写样例：
硕士毕业只接受下列情况1、2的文章；博士生申请毕业在特定条件下可接受文章处于3-5状态，具体条件见答辩流程关于发表论文要求。以下为正确样例及说明。

三、附件材料
按照上述论文的分类提供相应附件材料，具体见“研究生院网站 > 学科管理 > 博士评阅答辩 > 2-2文件”。
已刊出论文基本附件是：期刊封面、目录页、论文首页；需用彩色笔标注期刊、作者、单位、卷期页等信息。
专利附件是：提供专利授权书或受理通知书复印件，在上面标注或写明全部发明人，请导师签署“情况属实”并签字，用教务章。
其他情况论文需提供附件稍有不同，请认真阅读上述文件。
