三、会费标准商会会费标准根据商会会员单位的性质、规模、经营收入等因素确定，具体标准由商会理事会根据商会实际情况制定，并经商会会员大会审议通过后执行。
四、会费的征收与管理1. 会费征收方式商会会费按年度征收，商会会员单位应在每年固定的日期前将会费缴纳至商会指定的账户。
2. 会费管理商会设立专门的财务部门来管理会费事务，具体负责会费的征收、核对、记录、统计和使用情况报告等工作。
3. 会费使用商会会费主要用于商会日常运营及活动支出，如会员大会、座谈会、研讨会等，同时也可用于商会事务处的办公用品、设备设施、人员工资等支出。
五、会费核算1. 会费核算范围商会年度会费核算范围包括各会员单位的会费缴纳情况，会费使用情况及会费结余情况等。
2. 会费核算方式商会设立专门的财务会计制度，对会费的收入、支出和余额进行详细核算，确保财务数据的准确性和真实性。
3. 会费核算报告商会应每年定期编制会费核算报告，向商会会员单位和社会公布，确保商会财务的透明度和公开性。
六、会费监督商会设立独立的审计部门或委员会，对商会会费的征收、使用情况进行定期审计，确保会费的合理使用和安全管理。
七、会费追缴及处罚1. 对于逾期未缴纳会费的会员单位，商会可以采取催缴、限制权益或开除会员等措施，必要时可以向有关部门申请追缴会费。
2. 对于挪用会费或其他违规行为的会员单位，商会可以依法追究其法律责任，并可以对其予以开除处罚。
