The site is located in Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. The planned use of land is 30970 m2, adjacent to Xī lin wang dian road. The total investment is estimated to be 20 millions RMB. The project will include Banyan Tree hotel, Cassia and Wellness center. The level of transportation infrastructure makes the site very accessible to get by driving, 30 mins from Wenjiang District and Dujiangyan qingchengshan scenic attraction, and 20 mins from Jiang cheng and Píxian District.
未来交通建设 成都至都江堰市域铁路立项，预计沿成青快速通道，拟设起点于都江堰综合枢纽站。
The new railway from Chengdu to Jiang yan City is under process and planned to connect Cheng qing Express to Dujiangyan transportation center in the future.
