一、营造教学氛围,增强目标意识包级领导、年级主任、班主任、教研组长、所有任课教师,都要在工作中增强目标意识。
包级领导要加强对分管年级的纪律、学习、思想教育、教师的教学、辅导的管理和指导,营造浓厚的学风和良好的教学环境。
年级组长对该年级全面负责,明确年级目标、班级目标、学科目标,实实在在抓好年级管理。
努力完成年级目标任务,班主任要狠抓班风,学风建设,加强班级管理,做好学生思想工作,激发学生学习的积极性。
努力完成班级目标任务,教研组长一是要带头备好课,教好课,带头自我提高,成为全组的榜样,要用自己的实际行动说话,用成绩说话,带动全组人员共同实现教学目标;二是要下大力气,通过听课、教案检查、日常检查、教学研讨等,对组内的同志进行客观评价,要及时发现问题,要通过检查讨论的方式,自律自省,促进教师教育教学水平的提高;三是要在工作中带好头,落实好检查措施,要针对出现的问题,做好指导,要对组内老师的课做出具体的要求,要加强合作,共同发展提高;四是对工作中存在不足的教师要加强督促,并找其谈话,帮助分析原因,制定改进措施。

I. 句子的分类(按结构)1. 简单句:由一个主语(或并列主语)和一个谓语(或并列谓语)构成的句子。

要弄清两个概念:及物动词:后面直接接宾语的动词;不及物动词:后面不能直接接宾语的动词。
例如:1. Children like playing games.2. They were talking about a new film.3. 宾语( Object )常指及物动词或介词后面使之意思完整的词或短语。
暑期初二至初三16课时安排:第一课时:语法(一)+ 听力全真模拟练习(下简写为“听力练习”)时态讲解:✓一般现在时动词第三人称单数:一般动词直接加s;以s,x,o,ch,sh结尾的动词加es(guesses, fixes, mixes, does, goes, watches, catches, teaches, washes等);以辅音+y结尾的词,变y为i,加es(flies, tries, cries, studies, carries等);以元音+y结尾的词还是直接加s(如plays等)。
用法:1. 表示现阶段经常发生的动作或存在的状态,常用时间状语:always, usually, often, sometimes, seldom, never, every短语(every day, every afternoon等等), on Sundays等。
My mother always gets up early in the morning.2. 表示真理、无时间性的客观事实(注:宾语从句中不受主句的时态影响)The earth goes around the sun.3. “主将从现”:当主句是一般将来时,在if引导的条件状语从句和when/as soon as引导的时间状语从句中,用一般现在时用来表示将来发生的动作。
As soon as I get to New York, I’ll call you.4. 一些表示心理和和情感的动词常用一般现在时:like, think, want等。
I like apples.5. 一些固定的倒装句。
