Thirdly, the bricks are placed in a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours to be dried off. What is the most important as well as complicated is the hardening process, in which the bricks should be put in a kiln to be heated at the moderate temperature of 200℃ to 980℃ and then at high temperature of 870℃ to 1300℃. Finally, after 48 to 72 hours in the cooling chamber, they become bricks with great hardness.
In the first place, the digger is used to dig the clay to obtain the raw material of the bricks. Afterward, the clay was put on the metal grid to experience a sifting, and subsequently, the smaller pieces of them fall down on the big roller which make them into little particles. At the second procedure, the material was mixed with sand and water to improve the rigidity. Furthermore, wire cutter or mould was used to mould them into a square shape.
