水套加热炉水套加热炉是为满足油气田特殊需要而设计的一种专用加热设备,主要用于油气集输系统过程中,将原油、天然气加热到工艺要求的温度,以便进行输送、沉降、分离、脱水和初加工。

一、水套加热炉结构原理水套炉是以水作为传热介质的间接加热设备，如图5-21。

水套炉是由简体、烟火管、气盘管和其他附件组成。

气盘管和进出筒体处用盘根密封，松紧由填料压盖调节。

水套炉通过水箱给炉内加水，水套炉炉内压力(壳程压力)为常压。

水套炉筒体上焊有温度计插孔，装有水位计，以控制水套炉运行。

水套炉筒体靠鞍式支座支撑，筒体上敷设耐火材料保温。

水套炉的加热原理是天然气燃烧器喷出的高温火焰直接加热烟火管，高温烟气向后流动，经烟气出口管进入烟箱，然后经烟囱排入大气。

但烟火管和烟气出口管附近的水受热后因密度减小而上升，与气盘管接触传热后温度下降，又因密度增加而下沉，又被加热后又上升，如此不断循环，以加热气盘管内的天然气，达到提高天然气气流温度的目的。

但要注意水套加热炉禁止超压使用，即气盘管内的天然气不能超过允许工作压力。

1.2长期停用又重新启用的水套加热炉必须由安全部门授权的单位进行内外部检验，合格后方可投入使用。

1.3使用前必须检查水套加热炉各部件及附件(压力表、水位表、安全阀、火嘴、阀门)应齐全可靠。

安全阀、压力表必须有有效的强检校验标志，安全阀要依据设计定压。

液位计应有指示最高最低安全水位的明显标志。

1.4检查水位应在液位计显示范围的1/2--2／3之间。

水位在最低安全水位标志以下时，应加水。

超过最高安全水位标志时应放掉多余部分的水。

1.5检查确认天然气有控制，供气管线无泄漏，供气阀门灵活好用。

1.6检查供气压力是否正常，打开天然气放空阀门，放空，天然气出气稳定后关闭放空阀门。

1.7检查水套加热炉连接部件安装可靠，无渗漏并倒好进出口的流程，确保液流畅通。

2加水2.1 检查确认炉火关闭，侧身打开加热炉放空阀门，缓慢放掉水套炉内的压力，压力降为零后再打开加水阀门加水。

2.2液位到规定位置后，停止加水，关闭加水阀门和放空阀门。

3点火3.1点火前检查确认供气阀门关闭，不漏气。

打开望火孔，调整挡风板通风5min以上，使炉膛内余气排出。

3.2关闭挡风板后点火，点火时人要站在侧面部位，先点火后开气，开气时人要背对加热炉。

3.3火点燃后，要先小火预热5min，然后调整调节阀门加大炉火。

4调火4.1根据加热液体、气体的数量及使用的水套加热炉型号控制炉火大小，并根据风向，调整档风板。

顺风时调小挡风板，逆风时，调大挡风板。

4.2通过逐步调节使水套炉火势适当，火焰呈橙红色，燃烧正常。

5水套加热炉运行中的检查与维护5.1每4h对水套加热炉的水位、炉压、进出口温度和炉子温度、火嘴燃烧状况，供气压力进行一次检查，并做好记录。

不在正常范围时，应及时调整。

5.2定期检查和校对压力表、安全阀和液位计，确定在强检校验有效期内。

水套加热炉操作规程1 适用范围本规程适用于集输泵站升温用水套加热炉的操作。

本规程规定了水套加热炉的投产前准备、投运、运行检查及停运操作步骤。

2 操作内容2.1投运前的准备2.1.1 正确穿戴劳保用品，并进行危害辨识和风险分析，落实必要的风险削减措施。

2.1.2 岗位人员要求经过特殊工种作业培训，取得相应操作证书持证上岗。

检查人孔应严密，附属设备正常。

2.1.3.2倒通燃料流程，检查火嘴无结焦、无堵塞，点火电极间距合适，燃烧器良好，风门、烟道挡板灵活好用。

2.1.3.3 观火孔保持完好，烟道畅通，防爆门完好。

2.1.3.4 液位计完好，玻璃管清洁，有最高、最低安全水位的标识和报警系统，水套内水位应保持在1/2～2/3位置。

2.1.3.5 上水阀灵活好用，上水管线畅通。

2.1.3.6检查配电系统及附属线路完好后，戴绝缘手套合闸送电。

2.1.3.7 烟囱绷绳和接地线良好。

2.1.4 点炉前与相关岗位进行联系。

2.1.5启动鼓风机强制通风5～10min，负压水套炉应自然通风15min以上，排净炉膛内残余的可燃气体。

2.1.6 燃油水套炉，先启动燃油泵预热管线，并启动电加热器加热燃油，控制燃油温度、压力至规定值。

燃气水套炉，根据生产实际情况控制压力值。

2.1.7顺序打开被加热介质出口阀门、进口阀门，确认流程畅通后，关闭旁通阀门，倒通工艺流程后循环10min，置换盘管内介质。

2.2投运2.2.1 通风结束后，按点火开关点火，燃烧稳定后，调节风门和烟道挡板开度，保持火焰处于最佳燃烧状态。

2.2.2 小火烘炉4～5小时后，方可调节火焰升高炉温，按升温曲线要求进行升温。

2.2.3 调节火焰使水套升温、升压至规定值。

正常运行中，水位应在水套液位的2/3处。

2.3运行中的检查2.3.1检查各部位无漏气、漏油、漏风等现象，燃气（油）流量计应运行正常，火焰稳定、均匀，烟囱无冒黑烟现象，燃烧器运行正常。

JRG-15型水加热器使用说明书一、前言JRG-15型水加热器加热系统使用的新型加热设备，该设备由电加热器本体和控制系统两部分组成。

发热元件采用不锈钢管，0Cr27Al7MO2高温电阻合金丝、结晶氧化镁粉，经压缩工艺成型，使电加热元件的使用寿命得以保证。

控制部分采用高精度数显式温控仪、交流接触器组成可调测温、恒温系统，保证了电加热器的正常运行。

四、安装与使用控制柜应安装在干燥通风，便于操作的地方。

管道加热器外壳、控制柜外壳应可靠接地，管道加热器应水平安装，底座螺母要拧紧使其稳固。

本体与外接管道安装时，应注意进出口方向。

管道加热器在使用前应测量电源接入端子与金属外壳绝缘电阻不得低于2MΩ，使用环境相对湿度不大于85%。

它是由加热器、烟囱、燃烧器等堆栈而成。

加热器堆栈是圆柱形的；加热线圈为蛇形，加热炉拥有烟雾出口和被加热介质的进出口。

燃烧器是UNIGAS（联合气体）自动比例调节燃气燃烧器。

井口回收的流体中分离的天然气经过两阶段沉降后，通过过滤和减压，天然气可以达到燃烧器所需要的压力。

For all cases, each 90° elbow reduces the maximum vent run by 10 ft and each 45° elbow reduces the run by 5 ft. The vent must be installed properly to prevent the flue gas leakage within the heater. The vent pipe must be suitable for use with Category III Appliances which have flue gas temperatures of less than 400°F. Care must be taken dur-ing the assembly to ensure that all joints are properly sealed.For appliances installed in extremely cold climates, it is recommended that:a) The vent be installed with a slight upward slope of not more than 1/4” per foot of horizontal run to thevent terminal. The red operation indicator will illuminate. The available temperature setting range is from 5°C to 30°C.4.To exit the temperature setting operation either press the °C button or wait 60 seconds. The selected temperature will now be set and displayed alternately with the time display (see “Setting The Clock.” on page 9). If the selected temperature is above that of the current room temperature the red operation indicator will illuminate and the heater will begin to heat the room. If the selected temperature is less than that of the current room temperature the red operation indicator will go out and the heater will go into a standby state until the room temperature has fallen below the set temperature, when the heater will then automatically switch on and heat the room.5.To stop heater operation completely press POWER button .If after 60 seconds no buttons are pressed the digits will stop flashing and the display will revert back to the current operating setting. Simply press the °C button to re-enter temperature setting operation.During the initial burning in period or after long periods of non use some light grey smoke or smell may be experienced. This is normal and is caused by dust that may have settled on the heating element. Once the "hour" has been set press the TIME button to set the "minutes" and use the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ buttons to set the "minutes".2.Once the "minutes" are set, press the time button to save the set time. The time displayed is in 24 Hour time.Before the PROGRAMMED OPERATION can be used the clock will need to be set.If the clock is not set when the heater is turned on the time will default to 00:00 (12 Midnight) and will begin running from that time.If the appliance is turned off using the power button the time will be saved.If the appliance is turned off using the main power switch then the time setting will be lost and will require re-setting.NOTE 2A 3453453NOTE211.To set the ON and OFF timer periods for the heater press the PROG button . To save the new timer settings press the PROG button .6.To stop Timer operation press the POWER button .If after 60 seconds no buttons are pressed the heater will revert back to the current operating setting. WALL INSTALLATIONThe clearance from the sides, front and top of the heater must be at least 100mm as shown in the diagram below.1.Ensure the heater is unplugged from the power socket outlet and the ‘on / off’ switch is in the off position beforecommencing wall mounting.2.For models PEPH15PEW & PEPH10PEW , loosen the locking screw and rotate the locking latch on the tallerleg of the mounting bracket and detach the mounting bracket from the back of the panel heater.For model PEPH22PEW , loosen the locking screw on each leg of the mounting bracket, depressing both to detach the mounting bracket from the back of the panel heater.3.Position the mounting bracket on the wall. Ensure the two bottom mount holes are at least 175mm from the floorand drill holes as required.•This heater MUST NOT be located immediately below a socket-outlet.•This heater MUST be positioned within one metre of a socket-outlet to ensure the flexible cord and plug can reach it.•This heater is NOT designed to be built in.•DO NOT attach the castors to the heater base for wall installations.•The heater is suitable for installation in non-communal baths and shower areas or bathrooms.It is to be installed such that switches and other controls cannot be touched by a person in the bath or shower.
