例如,施工过程不规范可能出现各种人员伤害事故,使周围环境遭到严重破坏,给国家可持续发展和经济稳定增长带来严重影响。
相关统计显示,油气企业每年大概花费250亿美元开展砖井工作,但投入的资金并没有得到充分利用,很大一部分都是因为管理不当被严重浪费,占总资金的20%左右。
因此,在新时期,相关部门要对砖井安全进行有效评价,并建立安全评价综合数据库,不断提升砖井安全质量。
1 油气砖井的施工特点砖井工作是一项比较危险的工作,经常出现安全事故,并具有突发性。
第一,在野外露天工作,工作环境比较恶劣和复杂。
第二,特殊样式多,存在很多职业风险。
第三,涉及手工劳动比较多,劳动量比较大,经常使人员疲惫、工作分心,容易出现安全事故。
第四,立体交叉工作种类比较多,需要很多人员共同配合工作,在设备搬移以及事故处理等工作中,需要很多人员参与,一旦管理人员指挥不当,就会在工作进程中出现安全事故,对人员造成伤害。
第五,涉及高处作业内容比较多,砖塔高度非常高,在安装和提砖过程中需要人员通过高梯开展工作。
第六,用电设备非常多,移动相对比较频繁,并且不够集中,容易出现触电安全事故。
第七,施工现场比较复杂,周围存在很多泥水、垃圾和浆坑,在设备维修和安装过程中经常会出现安全事故。
第八,设备不仅体积较大,还非常重,主要以铁器为主,在变换场地移动设备过程中,经常出现碰撞和摩擦现象。
第九,场地不够集中,经常变换。
第十,临时工作人员较多,素质相对较低,安全意识薄弱。
2 钻井安全评价综合数据库的建设过程想要对砖井施工作业进行有效评价,首先要合理监测砖井过程,判断其在工作中可能出现的所有故障,借助相关设备检测机器的整体运行情况,在不需要拆除和安装设备的基础上进行检测,判断工作设备是否出现异常以及故障,分析内部出现的检测设备,掌握其运行状态,依据设备的具体工作情况以及信号变化特点,合理分析和研究信号发出的信息,构建信号特征检查和分析系统,合理分析信息,在最短时间内合理诊断故障,进而给出有效的解决方案,从而避免在工作中出现各种事故和风险。
