品管圈管理模式在血液内科护理管理中的应用效果分析郝素云，郝素芳，张珊珊内蒙古乌兰察布市中心医院血液内科，内蒙古乌兰察布 012000[摘要] 目的探讨在血液内科护理管理中品管圈管理模式的应用效果。
方法回顾性选取2020年1月—2022年1月乌兰察布市中心医院在职的血液内科11名护理人员作为研究对象。
2020年1—12月期间给予常态化护理管理，作为对照组，2021年1月—2022年1月实施品管圈管理模式，作为观察组。
比较两组护理管理质量评分、风险事件发生率。
结果观察组护理人员的服务态度、护理责任感、临床实践操作技能掌握情况各维度护理质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
观察组护理风险事件发生率为3.00%，低于对照组的11.00%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.916，P<0.05）。
结论品管圈管理模式在血液内科护理管理中的应用有助于改善临床护理质量，护理人员的服务态度、护理责任感、临床实践操作技能掌握情况等均能得到有效提升，在规避不良风险事件中具有较高的应用价值。

Methods Retrospective selection of 11 nursing staff in the Hematology De⁃partment of Ulanqab Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 as the research subjects. From January to December 2020, normalized nursing management was given as the control group, and from January 2021 to January 2022, a quality management circle management model was implemented as the observation group. Compared the qual⁃ity scores of nursing management and the incidence of risk events between two groups. Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of service attitude, nursing respon⁃sibility, and mastery of clinical practice skills, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 3.00%, lower than 11.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.916, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the quality control circle management model in the nursing management of the Department of Hematology can help improve the quality of clinical nursing, and the service attitude, nursing responsibility, and mastery of clinical practice skills of nursing staff can all be effec⁃tively improved.
