主题杏仁露
原材料:
冬瓜1斤(约600克),大粒去衣杏仁3/2两(约60克),冰糖9/2两(约180克),马蹄粉3/2汤匙,姜汁1/2茶匙,杏仁香油少许,淡奶适量。

做法:
1、冬瓜洗交,去瓤,削皮,切开两段,然后刨成幼丝。

2、冬瓜丝用姜汁拌匀,置平底碟隔水蒸约9分钟。

3、将一半分量的杏仁放入搅拌机中,加清水一杯,磨成杏仁露;马蹄粉用冷开水2汤匙调匀成糊状。

4、清水6杯烧煮,放入原粒杏仁煲10分钟或以上,然后下冬瓜蓉、杏仁露和冰糖同煮,待冰糖溶后,慢慢拌入马蹄糊,搅匀后熄火,加入少许杏仁香油,可增其香味,待凉后,加淡奶伴食。
